The citrus and green notes of Mezcal Unión Uno come through in this refreshing and light cocktail
Prepared with
Mezcal Unión UNO
1.5 oz
Hibiscus water
2 oz
Fresh lime juice
.5 oz
Agave syrup
.5 oz
Garnish with hibiscus flower or dehydrated lime
Optional: Salt rim
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled Strain into a highball glass with ice
Si se desean 6 cocteles, se debe hervir medio litro de agua, después verter el azúcar y mezclar hasta disolver. Se incorpora la jamaica con el romero y se deja reposar por unos minutos. Se cuela la mezcla en un recipiente para quitar las partículas sólidas y, finalmente, se puede añadir al Leonor.
